Turley Wine Dinner at Gannon’s 6pm
Larry Turley, winemaker at Turley Wine Cellar and Chef Bev Gannon have paired up to offer you an incredible evening of wines and food at Gannon’s Restaurant in Wailea on Thursday evening starting at 6 pm. The wines featured are exclusive, hand picked by Turley for this dinner, and aren’t available in Hawaii. The Albane Roussane 1999, El Porron Cinsault 2008, Black Sears Zinfandel 1998, and Delinquent Zinfandel 2001 will be paired, just to name a few.
Six courses from Maui acclaimed Chef Gannon will spoil even the most gourmand of foodies, starting with the Butter Poached Lobster with tarragon, avocado, trumpet mushrooms, hearts of palm, vanilla bean emulsion in the first course down to the Roquefort Trifle with quince compote Chocolate Caramel Hawaiian Sea Salt Tarts in the final course. Terrine of pork and rabbit with cherries, Venison Loin with black pepper biscuits, morel mushroom gravy, and also the Milk & Honey Poached Foie Gras are just some of the brilliant dishes put together for the pairing.

Join Winemaker Larry Turley, his wife Suzanne Chambers and Chef Beverly Gannon as they host a 6 course Wine Dinner on Thursday, November 18.
The Turley Wine Dinner has been designed for the serious foodie and demonstrates Chef Gannon’s culinary muscle and the Turley’s winemaking skills. Each course will be paired with a special wine from the acclaimed Turley Wine Cellars of California. The featured wines are not available in Hawaii and some are library wines from Turley’s own cellar.
During the evening attendees will also have the opportunity to interact with famed Hawaii artist Al Lagunero as he works on the mural that’s been commissioned by Gannon’s.
