John Cruz is slated to open for Tower of Power, this Friday (June 4) at the MACC. Na Hoku Hanohano award winner for Contemporary Album of the Year in both 2007 and 2008, Cruz performed the song “What is Life?” alongside Amy Hanaiali’i–off her album Friends & Family of Hawai’i (2009)–at this year’s ceremonies.
