When I am looking forward to mundane afternoon housekeeping duties or need a quick kick in the pants Maui Coffee Roasters always comes through. Their cappucino is one of the most perfect beverages ever, plus its only $1.50 after 2pm.

What makes a superfood super? I don’t know but the girls at Choice do, and today’s ceasar chard wraps are super tasty!
