They are back at Maui Mall in the same location as before ready to rock and roll u a burrito. You get to choose all the fillings in the line up and they roll it up for you.
Amigos supafly foodmobile throws down the Killer mexican for lunch on the corner of market and vineyard. I dont know how they do it, veggie, chicken, al pastor, chile relleno, tamale…beans n rice…they must have a mexican food genie back there.
So good though. The beans take time but they are so much better than canned. Burrito filling included Chopped flat leaf parsley, maui grown organic tomato, and cabbage from Down To Earth….
Betty got to set the table hence our funny cafeteria style plate choice. I put chicken breast in the slow cooker and had salad already made. That made for easy improvisation with deep frying.
