Man, Hawaiian Telcom is in trouble these days. Is it any surprise they recently reported lower than expected earnings, given their very recent, very comical billing problems? Even with 120 new temporary customer service reps, the company still can’t get to every customer’s complaint about bad billing charges. At first, all Hawaiian Telcom did was waive April and May late fees for customers with problems.
