When Maui’s new professional baseball team started their first homestand of the season they were under .500 and mired in third place in the Golden Baseball League‘s South Division. Since beginning play in the friendly confines of Wailuku’s Maehara Stadium, the Mighty Warriors are 8-1, and have vaulted to within a half-game of first place.
They’ve got four games left before they hit the road again, including one tonight at 6:35, a double-header tomorrow and a Sunday night game. You can check out the schedule here and get ticket info here.
