The Kehalani Village Center–located on the corner of Maui Lani Parkway and Kehalani Village Drive–has welcomed a new gas station to its growing retail square. Aloha Petroleum, Ltd. and Foodland Super Market, Ltd., have opened the new gas station, which is located across from the new Long’s Drugs.
The station is the fourth joint venture for the largest gasoline marketer in the state and Foodland–Hawaii’s largest locally-owned and operated grocery retailer. It’s also the first on Maui.
“We’re so pleased to continue our long-standing relationship with Aloha Petroleum with the opening of our first Foodland Gas Station on Maui,” said Jenai S. Wall, Foodland Chairman and CEO. “And we’re excited to follow this venture with the opening of our new Foodland Kehalani store in the spring.”
To celebrate the opening, customers will have the opportunity to win $50 in gas and groceries every day through Mar. 31. In addition, all Maika’i customers will receive a 10-cent per gallon discount when paying with cash during the promotion period.
“This station represents our second Aloha branded location on Maui and our third location in Lahaina will be coming soon,” said Richard Parry, Aloha Petroleum President and CEO. “We are… very pleased to open another station with our valuable Foodland partners, especially in the Wailuku growth area that has minimal retail fuel stations.”
The new Foodland Gas Station sells three grades of gasoline–Regular, Plus, and Super–plus Diesel fuel.
