Sure, as your neighborhood Kula Kid, I’ve got my biases. But you can’t beat the sunset and bicoastal views from Kula. Worth moving so you can vote in this precinct.
Those that can seem to know how lucky they are, and the stream of cars make you feel all civic and stuff. Mmm… Now I’m hankering for Mr. Yamamoto’s sweet white Kula corn on the cob.
Wait? Where’s this so-praised view? Sorry primary peeps, it’s a view to experience and one that iPhone photos don’t do justice. But, here’s the station sign with Kula’s famous, octogonal Holy Ghost Church in the background (check out next week’s issue for more about their annual feast in our Da Kine Calendar).
“Wow, would you look at that view?” (is what I’m guessing that person is thinking)
OK… Four Upcountry polling stations perused, and just an hour left to vote. This Kula Kid is over and out, and am serious about that corn… So, I guess I’ll see you next at Mauidish.com! Sent from my iPhoneComments
