MauiTime is excited to announce that our 2012 Annual Food Issue is drawing near. This is the issue when we celebrate Maui’s amazing and diverse food and beverage industry. This year we explore local food sources. We want to show our readers exactly where their locally sourced food comes from.
Do you serve a dish with locally sourced produce or proteins? Do you use a made on Maui product as a garnish or side dish? Are you a producer providing a Maui County created product?
