A quaint little restaurant in Kahului, Kujo’s is known for their oxtail soup, which comes with two scoops of rice and salted cabbage. They also cook up other plate lunches such as hamburger steak, honey-dipped chicken, and a seafood combo consisting of 2 pieces of ender, breaded mahi-mahi and 4 pieces of fried shrimp served with tartar sauce. There’s a hot food line for those in a hurry and plenty of seating inside. For bigger parties, check out their catering menu ranging from kal-bi ribs and daran-daran to mussels with black beans and mochiko chicken.
