Let your palette travel the world during the 17th annual Noble Chef benefit this Saturday at the Fairmont Kea Lani. The resort, as well as The Maui Culinary Academy, University of Hawaii Maui College and Youngs Market Company of Hawaii will join forces for the culinary experience. Local celebrity chefs (“noble chefs”) will be paired with MCA students to prepare a colorful menu representative of flavors from Japan, Vietnam, Morocco, Spain, Great Britain, India, Greece, New Zealand and Mexico. A French gourmet dinner will follow, complete with dessert and cocktails. Noble Chef Table Sponsorships directly benefit the Maui Culinary Academy, and are available for a limited time. $185 General. $225 Preferred. 5pm VIP. 6pm Full Reception. 7pm. Gourmet Dinner.
