Vegan chef and published author Mark Reinfeld will lead you on a journey to delicious, animal-product-free enlightenment. Join him at the Ho’omana Retreat Center for a 10-day vegan cuisine immersion filled with gourmet vegan meals and the tools you need to cook them yourself. Reinfeld opened the Blossoming Lotus Restaurant, winner of the 2006 Ilima Award for “Best Restaurant on Kauai,” and is an award-winning leader in creative vegan cuisine. He won Vegan.com’s Recipe of the Year award in 2011, was Executive Chef for the North American Vegetarian Society’s 2012 Summerfest and has a Masters degree in Holistic Nutrition.
