Guests will get to experience the culinary creativity of the Chefs of Ruth Chris, starting with Waipoli greens and gorgonzola salad and pair vinaigrette with the Decoy Sauvignon Blanc. Third course experience features a New Zealand Lamb Chop with roasted wild mushroom ragout and black currant wine reduction paired with Duckhorn Merlot. The merlot has tasting notes of currant, cherry, and plum, (for more see this review from Ken’s Wine Guide here), which are going to pair spectacularly with the lamb and ragout.
I can’t decide which course I am looking forward to more, the lamb or the fourth course of Charred New York. This is the meat and potatoes course, paired with the Paraduxx Zinfandel Blend. I hope your not feeling full yet. This experience will create culinary memories ending with a finale of apricot creme brulee.
