I love the beet color of the drink that comes from the jar of wild hibiscus flowers in syrup.
The alcohol in this is okolehao from haleakala distillers. An old school recipe involving ti plant extracts in a base of rum. It is a liqueur in this case. This drink is very good, the hibiscis flavor and aroma are exotic.
