There’s another Ka`ana Kupboard Maui Cooking Class happening at the Maui Andaz Resort this Saturday, Aug. 13. Titled “Cooking Under Pressure,” it’s a chance to learn the tips and tricks to “sous vide” cooking, the process of vacuum sealing plastic pouches and cooking it in temperature-controlled water baths.
