Congratulations to all the chef’s memorable and delicious creations. My top tasting plate was Craig Masuda from Old Lahaina Luau. His Hawaiian plate won my tongue and tummy over with smoky roasted sweet purple potato, kalua pork, mahi mahi, tako and ahi poke and poi.The poke was incredible, glossy seasoned cubes mixed withgreen onion, llimu and shoyu. The tako was fresh, tender and spicy. It snaps in the mouth. Their poi is so good the perfect balance of sour and sweet and wonderful on the kahlua pig.
Chef Joey Macadangdang from Roy’s made Crispy Shiso Ahi!
