Girls day is so much fun, and it is this Thursday March 3. A traditional Japanese holiday, one of those rare ones where they honor girls. In elementary school that meant the boys had to put your chairs on the table at the end of the day, but now as an adult girl it can mean so much more. Learn more about girls day at ginkoya.com. It was a day in Japanese culture that the girls got to have a girlie party. You can pick up the celebration with Raku at the Makena Beach and Golf Resort, they have a set menu (see it below) for $38 and special cocktails for $5. What ever your pleasure on Hina Matsuri, make it all about the ladies. It might be fun to just meet for cocktail hour, or have cook something special for yourself.
