The Fatburger chain’s location in Pukalani will be celebrating its first birthday this Friday, Saturday and Sunday. The place known for burgers, sandwiches and both fat and skinny French fries will party down with giveaways, samples and specials every day. What’s more, they’ll host award-winning entertainers everyday, too!
The live music starts Friday with the musical stylings of Kevin Brown from 11am to 2pm. There will be bold drumming with Zenshin Daiko at noon, and Sheldon Brown will play in the evening 5-8pm. It happens again on Saturday with Benny Uyetake starting the festivities at 11am (playing until 2pm) and Zeshin Daiko at noon. Sheldon Brown will play Saturday from 5pm to 8pm and then again on Sunday from 4pm to 7pm.
The Fatburger franchise started back in 1952 in California by Lovey Yancey, who apparently loved a great burger. Her menu is still largely the same, with burgers made from fresh ground chuck sirloin and loaded with great toppings as well as old fashioned shakes (made with Roselani Ice Cream) and divine onion rings.
