The wine dinners at Plantation are a special event, if you missed his bacon themed wine pairing dinner this is your chance to be wowed by the culinary prowess of Chef Stanislaw. Seghesio Vineyards has been planting grapes since the late 1800’s in Sonoma Valley, but only began bottling their own wine in the 80’s. They have a fabulous line up of wines to be paired from their Pinot Grigio, Sonoma Zin, Barbera and Venom, with surprises along the way.
