Chef Deuki Hong (NYC) will be presenting Chef Bloc: Kimchee Ho`ike at Ka`ana Kitchen this Friday, Dec. 9. This culinary presentation will be an educational demonstration about how to make kimchee. He’ll use seasonal and local ingredients to show students how almost any kind of produce can be used in kimchee recipes. The class also includes pupus and kimchee tastings. $85. 12:30pm.
