Troon, the world’s largest golf and hospitality management company, will take over management and operations of The Pineapple Grill, located at The Bay Course Clubhouse at the Kapalua Resort. Management and operations of The Pineapple Grill have been under the guidance of the Cohn Restaurant Group.
Troon’s award-winning food and beverage division, which manages more than 155 restaurants located at golf resorts, private clubs, daily fee golf courses and recreational facilities around the world, will assume management and operational oversight. The Pineapple Grill will remain open as the management and operational transitions takes place over the next month. The entire restaurant staff will be retained and will continue to provide innovative Pacific Island cuisine.
“Moving forward, the Troon food & beverage team will look to enhance the restaurant and dining experiences at the Pineapple Grill through procurement of the best quality products on the islands, utilizing local and sustainable products, implementation of world class culinary techniques and leveraging current trends in the industry,” said Carlos Acosta, corporate food & beverage director, Troon.
