Tropica Restaurant & Bar located in the Westin Ka’anapali will be holding a four-course wine dinner with benefits going to University of Hawaii Maui College’s Culinary Academy. Featured wines will be from Sonoma and Napa Valley, and food will be prepared by Tropica’s Chef de Cuisine, Jennifer Evetushick. There will be a reception at 6:30 pm and dinner will begin at 7pm. The cost of the event will be $99 per person and an 18% gratuity will also be added to the check. Reservations are required (808-667-2525).
