Cow Pig Bun is giving us another reason to holoholo at their fine establishment with Mule Mondays. In fact, CPB gives us an excuse to make Monday the Funday with a copper mug workout after the day job ends.
What’s a mule? CPB stirs Pau Vodka in with a Cock and Bull Ginger Beer, adding a few special herbs and spices. It’s guaranteed to be better than that bowl of cereal you had for Monday’s breakfast. What’s more is you can get to keep the mug and get it refilled.
Let the swanky ambiance and delicious smells coming off the grill tempt you into into pupus and dinner. Cow Pig Bun also hosts the monthly phenomenon known as Knife Fights, featuring two chefs battling it out head to head in their stadium kitchen. Using a common ingredient, the chefs are up against the clock and have to concoct three dishes for the panel of judges that taste and score the dishes. This Saturday, March 14, Chef Gary Johnson of Ka’ana Kitchen and Justin Pardo of Market Fresh Bistro go toe to toe at 11pm.
