Hana Ranch is moving to Paia. They will open in the former Dazoo space. Hana Ranch has a compelling business model that employs their “one ranch” approach. Each of their operations–organic farm, cattle, retail and food service–supports the other.
Their new Paia location at 71 Baldwin Ave. will be called Hana Ranch Provisions. Hana Ranch’s Linh Phu, Culinary Manager, and Morgan Maki, their hospitality manager, will lead the Paia team. The location will serve breakfast, lunch and dinner daily, sourcing ingredients from the ranch. They are planning daily pastries, sandwiches served on freshly baked bread, house-butchered meats and sausages, fresh juices and more.
“Hana Ranch is thrilled to introduce Hana Ranch Provisions, a new community gathering place that, at its core, will strive to provide a wholesome, ingredient-focused food experience,” said Phu. “We look forward to sharing all of the Hana Ranch grown products and stories through Hana Ranch Provisions, where each dish will be inspired by our land, history and culture.”
Hana Ranch Provisions is slated to open by August of this year–just in time to sample the fresh crop of Hana Ranch mushrooms planted at the end of June. Hana Ranch is also looking for partnerships with other like-minded artisans, ranchers and farmers. For more information, visit Hanaranchprovisions.com.
