35TH ANNUAL LAHAINA KEIKI HALLOWEEN COSTUME PARADE – Thu, Oct 31. Some of the highlights for the parade include Mayor Alan Arakawa, bagpiper Paul Tangnan, the Shriners and their fun cars, the Lahainaluna High School Marching Band and attendants, a Maui Fire Department vehicle and “costume characters,” the OliOli whale bus provided by Travel Plaza Transportation, and keiki in fabulous costumes. Keiki will line up at the corner of Papalaua and Front Sts. at 4:15pm, and the parade will begin at 4:30pm.
