[FOLK] No it’s not a new sexual position, an undiscovered muscle injury or what your mother might scream at you when you’re late for dinner—you know, like “Ware ‘n Heinkel have you been?!” It’s a cute Christian boy who does indie and folk rock with a talented didgeridoo-ist! Levi Ware grew up in Washington, started a band with his best friend and, after releasing a band album, has recently released his own solo album. In about a month, he’ll be opening for Willie Nelson at the MACC. But this weekend you can have a sneak peek as he joins Frank Heinkel, who is originally from Germany and was drawn to the simple, majestic sound of the didgeridoo after hearing only a clip of it on the radio. Now, after years of playing, it has opened him to new ideas about music and life. And all this in the cozy setting of Cafe Marc Aurel? Hand me the wine glass! [HEIDI KING]
