For Youth and Teen Read Week, the Hawaii State Public Library System is hosting Canadian storyteller Anne Glover. You can catch her this Thursday for a morning storytelling session at the Makawao Public Library. Glover tells stories with string figures, and has gone on to become a hit show at schools, libraries and theaters across the country. Her use of Sign Language, English, French and intricate string figures have left many intrigued. Join her for classic folktale and humorous storytelling. Free. 10am.
