Join American Cancer Society’s nationwide movement that encourages people to quit smoking. The Great American Smokeout Maui event will feature an interactive health fair (11am-1pm), campus clean-up (2:30-3:30pm) and screening of film Addiction Incorporated (4pm-5:30pm). The event aims to raise awareness and offer resources to those seeking to quit smoking or planning on quitting. The event will also aim to introduce policies that enforce non-smoking learning environments, beaches and county parks. The Hawaii Tobacco Quitline is a free and confidential telephone service for Hawaii tobacco users that offers resources to help them quit. Free. 11am-5:30pm.
