The Kaunoa Senior Center presents a Tai Chi for Arthritis workshop this Thursday. There, seniors can learn various Tai Chi exercises with certified instructors. Using Dr. Pal Lam’s methods, attendants will practice their flexibility, muscle strength and balance. This has been shown to increase heart/lung activity, prevent falls and improve posture.
