Journey on a labor of love this weekend with Friends of Haleakala National Park into Haleakala National park. Volunteers are invited on this three-day Labor Day weekend service trip to help remove non-native plants. Participants will hike in and spend the night in Paliku Cabin, then the next morning participate in light service work and learn about Haleakala’s geology and history.
