BENEFIT NIGHT FOR EVAN ADAMS- Evan was diagnosed with Limb Girdle Muscular Dystrophy in August 2011. He has rapid muscle loss in his lower legs, moving into his upper legs and is constantly in pain. Slowly he is becoming less and less mobile, having to give up his favorite activity, surfing, in the last year. He and his family currently live on Maui, but he’s unable to get the medical support he needs here. They will be moving to the Mainland soon so that Evan can join a clinic and get proper treatment.
