Eh large Upcountry supermarket: My mission for New Year’s Day was to get a sashimi platter; you’re out. My option was to buy one of the three “sashimi grade ahi block” you have left at $21.99/lb. Lettuce shaved, ahi cut, wasabi made…and no one eats it. Flavor and texture are crap. I was so pissed I called the seafood department that eve, and asked if it was previously frozen—and you admitted it! No one sells defrosted ahi as “sashimi grade,” and at that price. Last time you rip off this local—we’re done!
