Eh, car salesman! I bought a used car from you on Friday, with a $5,000 down payment. As I was driving it home the AC went out, then the next day the alternator died. When I called to get this taken care of you told me, “you signed enough paperwork with us so that even if the whole car died we wouldn’t have to help you.” This just 12 hours after assuring me that the car was 100 percent amazing and guaranteed to run good. Now I have to pay an additional $2,700 for repairs to a car I bought one day ago! You run big business and yet you refuse to help your clients in a lemon sale! This is NOT aloha, it’s not a pono way of doing business, you should provide more honest service to your customers instead of being so greedy.
