Eh food truck: I saw your employee pour a lot of something that was clearly not water from the side of your truck. There was a visible spill or pour down over the ground and into the trees. I asked a lot of people if they thought this spill was water. It looked like cooking oil. I can’t believe you did that. Is it so difficult to adhere to health department regulations when running the truck?
