The 34th annual Kula Festival takes place at St. John’s Episcopal Church this Saturday, Oct. 1. Bring your family and friends Upcountry for ono food, baked goods, fresh produce, a live and silent auction, gift baskets, a Hawaiian quilt show and many local arts and crafts vendors. There will also be live music from Jeff Peterson, the Isle of Maui Pipe Band, Hula Wehena, Maui Taiko, the Chop Suey Jazz Band and Jamie Gallo. $1. 9am.
