Please give me one fitness tip:
Exercise is king, and diet is queen when it comes to a healthy body. Be sure to eat
the ‘good for you’ foods your mother told you to eat – like spinach, broccoli, carrots and kale – but they’re also fun, new foods like goji berries and golden beets.
What is your personal favorite spa or salon therapy and where and when you indulge in it.
Our signature chocolate, champagne, & roses package. It is deliciously indulgent (literally!) You are pampered while enjoying my favorite thing chocolate. The whole treatment appeals to the senses starting with a foot treatment & then onto the chocolate massage. Not only do you feel & smell delicious you are getting the benefits of antioxidants from the cocoa.
Best skin advice, spa or salon treatment and fave product for a 20 something:
People that are prone to acne should choose beauty products specially made for acne. Do not use any beauty products that have added dyes and perfumes, as these ingredients can seriously aggravate your blemishes. Vitamins like A, C, E and B-complex, and minerals like zinc can improve the condition and overall health of your skin. Therefore, plan your meals rich in these vitamins and minerals to help heal your skin and promote good health. Foods rich in sulfur such as garlic and onions has been know to help alleviate acne blemishes. Sugar, fried foods, or other foods high in fat content should be avoided. Reducing or better yet, eliminating your intake of carbonated beverages with sugar can help reduce acne blemishes.
Best skin advice, spa or salon treatment and fave product for a 30 (the new 20):
As we age, our stem cell count decreases due to free radical damage and environmental factors, such as poor diet and stress, which affects the body’s ability to protect itself. Valley Isle Day Spa is proud to be partnering with the leading technology in adult stem cell cosmeceutical products. Your best defense in aging is start early & be preventative.
Best skin advice, spa or salon treatment and fave product for a 40 something (I know we stopped counting a decade ago):
Applying Just the Right Amount of Makeup. As women grow older, they tend to wear more makeup to hide the fact that their skin is aging. Not only is this bad for your skin, but it will only end up making you look older than you actually are. Makeup should be used to enhance the way you look, not alter it entirely, so do not overdo it when it comes to applying your makeup; subtlety will always be much more effective.
Best skin advice, spa or salon treatment and fave product for a 50 and up:
Be active, eat right, and take a class or do something to stimulate brain activity every day.
Please name your most popular retail item and what it does.
BioFreeze- it is a topical analgesic which helps to relieve achy sore muscles. It’s great to use during and after your massage for at home care.
