Kobe Japanese Steak House
My friends travel thousands of miles to come to Maui and eat at the Kobe Japanese Steak House. We go every year to experience the teppanyaki chef’s wizardry with fire and knives. Japanese teppanyaki-style dining is all about socializing and good food, and Kobe delivers both. After you’re seated, the chefs really put on a show, and add their own touch of comedy, too. The steaks and other proteins are traditionally served in sliced or bite-size portions that are grilled in front of you, served with fresh grilled veggies like mushroom and cabbage and a variety of dipping sauces.
