A Saigon Cafe
It’s easy to miss A Saigon Cafe. It doesn’t really advertise its location and is tucked under a busy bridge. But—with its yummy Vietnamese “burritos,” authentic, veggie-infused dishes and friendly staff—it’s worth seeking out. At Saigon, there’s something for everyone, be it the spring rolls, sweet and sour mahi mahi, crispy egg noodles, lemongrass chicken or hot clay pot dishes. If you’re tired of Vietnamese places that only serve pho, Saigon Cafe (and its extensive menu) is the place to go. 1792 Main St., Wailuku, 808-243-9560. [YT]
Runner up: Lemongrass Maui, Kahului
