Horhito’s Mexican Cantina
More than simply a cold serving of fish, the ceviche at Horhito’s is wonderful, all citrusy, pink and exquisitely perched in a martini glass with thin tortilla chips. It’s Chef Jorge Galaviz’s specialty, and since he usually bartends, you can thank him personally. Oh, and just to change things up, order a chocolate milk along with it—Galaviz makes it the old-fashioned way, by squirting thick streaks of chocolate along the inside of the glass.
