That’s right, kids–here’s your chance to shake hands with former Maui County Councilman Joe Pontanilla, who would really like to remove the word “former” from that title. He’s taking on incumbent Don Guzman, and it’s looking to be a really bruising battle.
To fund that battle, Joe needs money–YOUR money. And he’s not asking for much, either: just $100 gets you into the Maui Lani Golf Course to see Joe, according to a new filing released by the state Campaign Spending Commission.
The magic happens on Wednesday, Jan. 29, from 7am-1pm.
