This Sunday, April 17, the Poi Supper series at Whole Foods Maui features Chef Sheldon Simeon. A collaboration between Whole Foods and Edible Hawaiian Islands, the event features a pounding of fresh pa`i`ai with Ola Mau Farms, a three-course dinner prepared by Chef Sheldon Simeon and dessert from Maui Sweet Cakes.
