On Friday July 8, a SustainabiliTEA class will be held at University of Hawaii Maui College. Hosted by the Maui Food Innovation Center (MFIC), students will have an opportunity to learn from Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf Director David De Candia. He’s is a specialty tea expert, and will share information about how Maui can align with the $11 billion US specialty tea market. There will also be tea tastings!
