Author and forager Sunny Savage invites you to Modern Savage this Sunday, Feb. 21. Maui Chefs Jeff Scheer, Anton Haines and Sheldon Simeon, along with San Francisco’s Robert Ramshur, will collaborate on a 12-course meal that has been foraged, hunted and gathered. Sunny will take guests through various dishes which combine the wild vegetables and fruits found on Maui. Guests will take home Savage’s Wild Food Plants of Hawaii book. $185+. 5:30-9:30pm.
