Treat your taste buds to the flavors of the islands at the Maui Chefs’ Collaboration Dinner. Guests will be served pupu by Kyle Kawakami of Maui Fresh Streatery, Jojo Vasquez of Plantation House Restaurant and Lyndon Honda of Laulima Catering. Dinner will be crafted by Marc McDowell of Mill House at Maui Tropical Plantation, Riko Bartolome of Cane & Canoe of Montage Kapalua, Ryan Luckey of Leilani’s on the Beach and Isaac Bancaco of Andaz Maui, with Chef Richie Nakano of Hapa Ramen San Francisco.
