Jackson Family Wines returns to Makena Beach & Golf Resort’s Winery Dinner Series this Saturday, May 23, at the Molokini Bar & Grille. The six-course dinner will feature a menu from Chef Kurt Lesmerises: braised Spanish octopus with eggplant caponata, chocolate-dipped Hudson Valley foie gras, homemade lobster ravioli and 40-day dry-aged beef rib eye. Dinner will be paired with Jackson Family’s 2012 Camelot Estate Vineyard Chardonnay, 2012 Outland Ridge Estate Vineyard Pinot Noir and Tri-Block Mountain Cabernet Sauvignon. $130. 6:30pm.
