The next Ka`ana Cupboard Cooking Class takes place at Ka`ana Kitchen this Saturday, Oct. 29. This month’s theme is “Balanced Bites” and students will be instructed on a culinary journey with Jordan Younger of The Balanced Blonde blog and Chef Robert Andrade. This class will focus on creating healthy, simple dishes prepared with fresh ingredients. The menu is butternut squash falafel, green goddess tahini dressing, market greens, grilled king salmon, wheat berry tabbouleh and pomegranate molasses. $85. 12:30pm.
