Why sling booze?

My first job was as a busser, then server, then bartender. I’ve had 30 years in the food and beverage industry. I got my beverage training from Tonay Abou Ganim while working in Las Vegas at the Mirage, Bellagio and the Wynn.

Rum. It has such diversity and I like the buzz.

Siren’s Song. It’s almost impossible to resist: Bombay Sapphire, fresh lemon juice and Blue Hypnotic, then shaken, strained and poured into a chilled cocktail glass that’s frosted with superfine sugar and garnished with a berry and lemon wheel. Also the Kula Lavender Mojito, with Appleton Estate Rum.
