When are you punching the clock at Bistro Molokini?
Most days until sunset.
Why sling booze?
I always bartended at parties so I figured why not get paid for it and live somewhere amazing.
Kettle One Vodka. It goes with anything. Also wine with unique labels–you never know what you may discover. Beers from Mexico, too. I drank a lot of them in my 20s while living in San Diego and crossing the border… Fun times!
Sagittarius but I’m also the year of the Ox and they are both pretty right on.
Grandma’s Margarita has been the one up until this summer when I created the Grand Wailea Ginger Tea in honor of our 20th Anniversary. It’s made with Absolut Wild Tea, Ginger, Passion Fruit and lemon & lime.
Usually wine but on occasion a martini. Love blue cheese stuffed olives. Sometimes that’s dinner.
Sweet soused perks
Meeting great people from around the world who would love to trade places with me.
Bottle Buzz Kills
Not tasting all the drinks. Sometimes they look so delicious!
Life is Good!
