Maui Culinary Academy invites you into their kitchen for an evening behind the scenes. The Open Kitchen event allows prospective students a glance at UHMC’s MCA Program. Boasting an alumni fit for TV, MCA’s curriculum covers a range of food preparation and culinary techniques. Guests will get the opportunity to tour the Pa’ina Culinary Arts Center, meet faculty and alumni of the program and partake in interactive food tastings. Guest speakers include Tylun Pang (Fairmont Kea Lani Chef) and Hubert Des Marais (Kohala Coast Hawaii Chef). Free.
