Bring your kids down to the Wailuku Public Library this Wednesday, June 22. Mike Takemoto, a University of Hawaii Maui College Assistant Professor of Art, will teach abstract art principles to keiki at the “Line, Shape and Color: Creating Abstract Art For Kids” class. This program is open to kids aged five and up, and will focus on using basic art elements and design principles to help kids create their own unique art. Materials will be provided, and all children must be accompanied by an adult. This class is limited to 25 participants. Free. 3pm. Wailuku Public Library (251 S.
